TEN STEPS TO PURCHASE YOUR DREAM HOUSE!

Many people buy homes everyday but do little to move the event along until the last moment! You will now be Prepared To Buy That Dream Home no matter what the time frame!

Here are 10 handy steps to achieve that goal.

1) NEW OR USED? New is easy. It's all under warranties and supposedly is problem-free. Let me handle the prearranged showing.

2) PRE-OCCUPIED--USED--SECOND OR MULTIPLE OWNERS? Call it what you will. The choice is now yours with thousands of homes to pick from. You are now in the secondary-primary market. A place full of wonderful choices! We will be your guide.

3) BUYER BEWARE!
Look for a clean well kept home. Free of Cracks-Leaks-Unsightful Areas-Odors-and any other deterrents that say stop! This is not the home for me! Be sure have a Home Inspection.

4) Be sure a plot of survey exists! Be sure an appraisal has been done with in the last 6 months! Be sure you ask for them and expect them.

5) Be sure that a *C.M.A. will be offered to you by us, Re/Max, to confirm that your offer is right on the mark. *(Comparable Market Analysis)

6) Arrange a tour of available homes with me during daylight hours, or we can help you search the internet for that sneak preview!

7) Attend Open Houses when the specifications you see reach your wants and needs. Again, we can help you here.

8) Listing your home needs on an exclusive buyer basis with me insures the greatest chance of success in procuring your future home. You will have my devoted attention for six months at a cost you can afford.

9) Buyer remuneration to Re/Max can be a flat fee or a percentage of the purchase price. This insures professional representation along with your deposit for services about to be rendered.

10) Be available at a moment's notice to view a property. They go fast and it's best to be there as soon as time permits. This is the fun part!
